South African bank account holders: The EFT option in the shopping cart allows for manual EFT and direct deposit payments. The PAYFAST option allows for Instant EFT, Credit Card, Ukash and PayFast Voucher payments. If you choose to bypass the shopping cart altogether, payment can be made by simply completing the Barcode Application Form (Word doc / PDF), making a manual EFT payment or direct deposit, and then sending both your application and proof of payment to us (details are on the form).

International customers: Only Credit Card payments for sales to customers outside South Africa can be processed. Choose the PAYFAST option then select the Credit Card option. Please ensure that the Barcode Application Form (Word doc / PDF) has been completed and faxed or emailed to us (details are on the form).

Kindly note:

• Unless we receive your application form, we cannot process your order.
• Your barcode will be emailed to you within 1 to 2 working days from the date of application (except when ordering the ISBN and Barcode together, in which case you should allow 2 to 4 working days).
• We can supply a barcode to anyone with an ISBN number, regardless of country of operation or origin. Please note, however, that only the PAYFAST Credit Card option is available to non-South African bank account holders.

We also supply barcodes for EANs and ISSNs. An EAN is used on products that are NOT books (e.g. music CDs, games, toys, etc.) and an ISSN is used for serial publications such as magazines.
