Who can purchase from our website?

Anyone can purchase our downloadable products – our sales are not limited to local clients only. When purchasing from outside South Africa, however, only Credit Card payments are permitted.

eBook formats

We currently offer three different eBook formats: PDF, ePub, Kindle. The format will be included in the long description of each product. Kindly ensure that you download the format suited to your particular ebook reader. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on incorrect format purchases.

Methods of payment

We offer Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Direct Deposit payments (South African customers only) as well as Credit Card payments for sales locally and internationally.

Method of file delivery

A download link will be emailed to you once payment has been confirmed. Kindly note that confirmation is done during office hours only.

• Credit card payments: A download link is emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase on successful transactions.



• EFT and direct deposit payments: A download link is emailed to you as soon as soon as your deposit reflects in our account.
